Staff were all wonderful. Very patient, explained clearly what was going to happen, offered drinks and a snack, and overall prioritized client comfort while still doing quick and efficient work. The choco-chunk cookie was a great touch! (I already ate it and threw away the box by the time I'm writing this, so no picture of it. Oops. ^^;)

I went in very nervous and in a lot of pain. Immediately, I was put at ease and talked through everything that was being done. Action was taken to find out what was wrong, a game plan was made to correct the problem, and meds were prescribed to help alleviate my pain and address the source! The facility was clean, cozy, and the staff were very friendly and all seemed happy to be there. The endocrinologist took his time to listen to me and then explain everything so that I knew exactly what was wrong and how he planed to correct it. At no time to I feel he was in a hurry and trying to rush to the next patient. Excellent first impression; one that certainly makes you want to recommend to others!
